I bought a bouquet for delivery on Valentine's Day. It was not delivered and I could not contact the service in any way. I wrote I don't know how many mails but I was ignored. Bad service and I have already asked for a refund. I strongly advise against.

FloraQueen failed to deliver the flowers for unspecified reasons. After an email exchange they eventually said that it was because they could not find a florist.

Their whole business involves finding a florist, so this is amazingly bad.

I was able to find two florists within about five miles of the address by googling "Florists near -address- " and it took only a minute. If FloraQueen had replied within a day to my email asking what the problem was, I could have given them this information.

1-800-Flowers also found a florist without problem and made the delivery perfectly. Unfortunately, because of FloraQueen's roblems, time had been lost and it missed the desired date; FloraQueen's incompetence meant that bereavement flowers failed to be delivered in time when they so easily could have.

I recommend never dealing with FloraQueen. Although, based on other reviews, they are capable of providing good service for routine jobs, they sometimes botch even these, and they have difficulty quickly resolving problems. As a result, they cannot be relied on.

It is as if their management has assigned some staff who need to be retrained or replaced who are undoing the good work of other staff.

Poor commitment to service

They delivered a plant to Copenhagen without a problem but, in the US, switched an order for a plant on the day of delivery without informing me first or asking what substitute I might prefer. The second US order has not been delivered and the date specified has passed. In my Orders, both US orders are listed as 'not delivered' and 'being prepared by florist.' They make contacting them by phone impossible from their website and they do not appear to have a US phone #. You can only write them a message and hope they will respond. This is unacceptable considering I paid over $200 for the US orders.

APPALLING.

Absolutely appalled by this service!
I placed a flower order on Saturday 29th May for delivery on the Monday 31st May for my mothers birthday, who leaves in France.
Needless to say the flowers were not delivered on the 31st of May (no notification to inform they would not be delivered), therefore last minutes flowers had to be arranged at an additional cost.
I consequently made contact with FloraQueen on the 2nd of June (2 days late) to request a refund and an explanation of the lack of communication regarding my delivery - surely a heads up that they would not be delivered wouldn't have gone a miss!? I received a message back to explain there was a delay in my order, no refund would be give but I'd receive 20% of my next order. As we we're bordering on 3 days later, I once again requested the order be cancelled and a refund issued - Flora Queen completely ignored my request didn't bother to even reply to me.
The flowers were delivered 5 days LATE, with no further correspondence (even still) from Flora Queen.
I still require a full refund or the cost of the other flowers sourced covered.
An absolute scam - shocking customer service.
Should be reported to Ombudsman.

I am so disappointed

I am so disappointed. This is my third review in hopes of getting a response from Flora Queen, which I otherwise can’t seem to get. I have taken my complaint a step further and reached out directly to Flora Queen. I have provided my reference (which I have quoted in my email to the support team where I made my complaint). I have also reached out to Trading Standards to help me with this case, because it seems as though I’m not the only one who is experiencing an issue with this company. I wanted to give the company the benefit of the doubt. I am distressed at the fact I paid so much money and can’t seem to get it back. This is not okay. I will take this further if necessary because my rights as a consumer have been violated.

Very easy website to use

Very easy website to use, and good to get a time line for the delivery. Little bit disappointed that the box of chocolates was placed on top of the flowers, or that they were able to shift there in transit. But overall happy to use again.

Where is my flowers?

I ordered the flowers on the 20th of May, It should have been delivered to my French friend on 21st. That was my friend's birthday. I wrote a birthday note But until today, my friend didn't get anything. I've only received one email from this company (FloraQueen) on the 23rd saying they had found a local florist and the flowers were on the way.
Today is 27th and she still hasn't received any information or flowers from this company.
I want to know what's WRONG? My ordered number is 71366355.

DO NOT order from FloraQueen!!!

Accidentally sent an order through twice, exact same recipient, message etc. After multiple attempts to cancel one of the orders, no response from customer service for four days! They only responded after BOTH orders went out for delivery (the same day of course), saying there was nothing they could do to help. Clearly money is more important than the customer. From excitement to utter and expensive(!) disappointment with FloraQueen.

FloraQueen has a very good website displaying an array of wonderful flowers, and also a link to inform you as to progress of your order. Except it's not the web designers and photographers that arrange and deliver the flowers! Beware!
